These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you, the client, and Infinitives Tech, a creative digital agency operating from Lahore, Pakistan with a business presence in Dubai, UAE.

By contacting us, approving a proposal, making a payment, using our website, requesting a quotation, or starting a project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

These terms apply to all Infinitives Tech services delivered to clients in Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Bangladesh, UK, Chile, and other international markets.

Infinitives Tech provides professional digital services for startups, small businesses, growing brands, and international clients. Our services may include:

• Graphic design, logo design, brand identity, social media creatives, packaging design, print design, UI/UX design, business stationery, mockups, and advertisement design.
• WordPress website development, WooCommerce development, business websites, landing pages, website redesign, website speed improvements, and website maintenance.
• Digital marketing, search engine optimization, local SEO, social media marketing, video marketing, email marketing, PPC campaign support, and paid advertising creatives.
• Video editing, short reels, YouTube video editing, corporate video ads, product promo videos, event highlight videos, AI video support, and voiceover production.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, revision limits, source file availability, and project responsibilities are confirmed in the written proposal, package, invoice, message confirmation, or service agreement shared with the client.

Consultation and Proposal

We review your requirements, business goals, target audience, timeline, content availability, and budget before sharing a project direction or proposal.

Project Confirmation

A project is confirmed when the client accepts the scope and makes the required advance payment. Work begins after payment and essential project materials are received.

Drafts, Review, and Approval

We share drafts, previews, staging links, or work updates for client review. Feedback must be clear, consolidated, and shared through the agreed communication channel.

Final Delivery

Final files, website handover, or completed deliverables are released after approval and full payment, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing.

Prices are based on project scope, complexity, timeline, required tools, deliverables, and revision needs. Package prices are base prices and may change when custom requirements are added.

• Standard projects require 50% advance payment before work begins and 50% final payment before final delivery.
• Larger projects may use milestone payments agreed in writing before the project starts.
• Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and other digital payment options agreed by both parties.
• Quoted prices are exclusive of taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, ad spend, hosting, domains, paid plugins, and third-party subscriptions unless clearly stated.

Revision limits are mentioned in the proposal, package, or agreement. Revisions mean reasonable improvements to the existing draft within the approved project direction.

• Revision feedback should be shared as one consolidated list, not scattered messages.
• Revisions do not include a complete change of concept, strategy, design direction, website structure, campaign direction, or service scope.
• Additional revision rounds, new pages, new design concepts, new video cuts, extra features, or urgent changes may require additional charges.
• Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving a draft. Delayed feedback may affect the project timeline.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, required content, brand assets, images, login access, business details, product information, approvals, and feedback on time.

• The client must ensure they have the legal right to use all text, images, videos, logos, product claims, documents, and materials provided to Infinitives Tech.
• The client should appoint one decision-maker or point of contact to avoid conflicting instructions.
• The client must review drafts, staging websites, ad creatives, or final files carefully before approval.
• The client is responsible for factual accuracy of business details, pricing, offers, policies, medical, legal, financial, or regulated claims provided for use in the project.

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and client cooperation. Timelines begin after advance payment and receipt of required project materials.

• Delays in feedback, content submission, access sharing, payments, or third-party approvals may extend the timeline.
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee when our schedule allows.
• Once the client approves a design, website, video, or campaign material, later changes may be treated as additional work.
• Final files are delivered digitally through email, Google Drive, WeTransfer, website admin access, or another agreed platform.

After full and final payment, the client receives ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for the client project, subject to the agreed scope and third-party license terms.

Before full payment, all drafts, concepts, source files, previews, designs, website work, written content, strategy documents, and development work remain the property of Infinitives Tech.

• Source files such as AI, PSD, Figma, project files, editable video files, raw footage edits, or development source files are provided only if included in the proposal or agreed separately.
• Fonts, stock images, plugins, icons, templates, themes, software, and other third-party assets remain subject to their original license terms.
• Infinitives Tech may display completed work in portfolio, case studies, website, social media, and marketing material unless confidentiality is requested in writing before project start.

For website, SEO, social media, and paid marketing projects, Infinitives Tech follows professional digital practices, but results depend on many external factors outside our direct control.

• SEO rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, ad results, engagement, and platform reach cannot be guaranteed.
• Search engine algorithms, competitor activity, platform policies, account history, budget, market demand, and client-side changes can affect performance.
• The client is responsible for ad spend, platform billing, domain renewal, hosting renewal, paid tools, plugins, subscriptions, and third-party service charges unless otherwise agreed.
• Website backups, security, plugin updates, hosting performance, and maintenance are included only when a maintenance plan is purchased.

Free post-delivery support, if included, is limited to correcting issues directly related to the delivered work within the agreed support period. New requests, new pages, redesigns, new campaigns, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, content changes, or third-party errors may require a separate maintenance plan or service fee.

• Before work begins, the client may receive a refund of advance payment after deducting any administrative, transaction, or third-party costs already incurred.
• After work begins, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources used.
• No refund applies after significant work, approved drafts, final delivery, website launch, campaign setup, or delivery of digital files.
• Rush fees, domain fees, hosting fees, paid plugins, stock purchases, third-party tools, ad spend, subscription charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Infinitives Tech may cancel or pause a project if the client fails to pay, provides unlawful content, misuses our work, behaves abusively, requests unethical work, or breaches these terms.

Infinitives Tech treats client business information, project details, logins, files, marketing plans, and communications as confidential. We do not sell client information or share confidential details with unrelated third parties.

Project information may be shared internally with team members, contractors, or service providers only when needed to complete the project. A formal NDA can be arranged before project start if required.

Clients may not use our services for unlawful, misleading, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, hateful, or spam-related activity. We may refuse or cancel work that violates applicable law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, advertising policies, or ethical standards.

Some projects depend on third-party platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Google, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, payment gateways, email platforms, stock libraries, plugins, themes, analytics tools, and social media networks.

Infinitives Tech is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, price changes, downtime, lost access, rejected ads, plugin conflicts, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

Infinitives Tech provides services with professional skill and reasonable care. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by client-provided content, third-party tools, platform changes, hosting problems, client-side edits, delayed feedback, or unpaid invoices.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For UAE-based clients, relevant UAE commercial requirements may apply where applicable.

Both parties agree to first try resolving disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days after written notice, it may be submitted to arbitration or competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless another written agreement applies.

Infinitives Tech may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates become effective when published on this page with the revised last updated date. For active projects, the terms agreed at project confirmation will usually apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
